I am a Licensed Addiction Counselor and Marriage and Family Therapy Candidate.
With 15 years of experience in psychotherapy, I offer a client-centered and humanistic approach that is rooted in compassion, empathy, and respect for every individual I work with.
Every person has the potential to overcome their challenges and reach their full potential.
I have a humanistic orientation with a client-centered focus, emphasizing empathy, unconditional positive regard, and genuineness. I create a safe, non-judgmental space so that you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors related to your presenting challenge so that you are empowered to make positive changes and reach your goals.
I provide a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive space for my clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we work collaboratively to identify your strengths and build on them, while also addressing any challenges.
I am trained in a variety of modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, art therapy, play therapy, and sandplay therapy.
I believe in tailoring each session to meet the unique needs and goals of my clients. Whether you are struggling with addiction, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, or any other mental health concern, I am here to help.
